Ingredients

three-point crabs3
sliced ginger1
spring onion100
grams white rice1
Tea Spoon Shaoxing Wine1/3
Tea Spoon Salt2
Litres Water

STEP 1
Use a brush to dress and rinse the crabs
STEP 2
Rinse the rice and soak in water for around 1 hour
STEP 3
Boil water in a pot. Pour the rice in boiling water and cook, about 45 minutes
STEP 4
Cut the spring onion into short length
STEP 5
Cut the crab into pieces
STEP 6
Heat some oil in a wok and stir fry gingers until fragrant. Add spring onions and stir fry until it wilts. Set aside
STEP 7
Put in the crabs in the same wok and stir fry. Add Shaoxing wine and congee. Put the gingers and spring onions back to wok, add salt and stir well
