fresh corn on cob20
grams tricolor quinoa1/3
tea spoon salt1
litres water

STEP 1
Rinse well and getting corn off the cob, keep the corncobs
STEP 2
Chop the corn with pull chopper, set aside
STEP 3
Rinse and drain the tricolor quinoa, set aside
STEP 4
Stir fry the tricolor quinoa in a pan with low heat until fragrant, set aside
STEP 5
Boil water in a pot with high heat, add the corn mash and cobs
STEP 6
When the water boils, turn to medium heat and boil for 20 minutes
STEP 7
Take out the corncobs, add tricolor quinoa and boil for 10 minutes. Add salt and stir well
